General Refund and Cancellation Policy
At EZfixus, we strive to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with our services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Refunds
You have 30 calendar days to request a refund from the date you purchased the service. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within this period and the reason for dissatisfaction should be valid and within the scope of our service.
Once we receive your refund request, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your request. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the request. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your service, please do so within 24 hours of purchasing the service. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
